Item No: ILSB-ADAS3-5-2004 for Advocacy and Publications Division
Salary Grade: 9
Basic Salary: ₱21,211.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00

Qualifications:
• Education: Completion of (2) years studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational / trade course
• Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
• Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
• Career Service Eligibility: Career Service Sub-Professional / Data Encoder (MC 11, s.96 – Cat. I) / First Level Eligibility

General Duties:
The Computer Operator II operates the computer for data encoding, processing and organizing computer files and data; assists in the establishment of data processing standards, procedures and techniques of computer file management; and does related work.

Salary Grade: 10
Basic Salary: ₱23,176.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00

General Duties:
The AO I (Supply Officer) is expected to implement annual procurement plan, consolidation of Bids and Awards Committee activities, small value procurement and does related work.

Salary Grade: 13
Basic Salary: ₱31,320.00 + PERA: ₱2,000.00

• Training: None
• Career Service Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

General Duties:
The LEO II undertakes activities relating to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Division’s programs, projects and systems, and does related work pertaining to the advancement of decent work.
