Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9485, requiring all government offices and agencies including local government units and government owned or controlled to set up their respective service standards to be known as the Citizen's Charter, the Institute for Labor Studies, has developed its Citizen's Charter which enumerates the service standards of the Office.
